Wonder if we will Survive?

Wonder if we will Survive? is a short 5 minutes game on a small spaceship that is trying to escape an enemy frigate. The enemy frigate will keep firing nukes from time to time and you must perform an orbital slingshot around the planet to escape

To top it all you are deep inside enemy territory and have been ambushed by multiple drone forces. Use your missiles to rip them to pieces. All while ensuring your shield doesn't drop to zero

There are 2 main mechanics:

Orbital Slingshot: Approach a planet close to the equator and the ship will enter orbit of the planet and perform a 180 degree turn. It is the only way you can evade a nuke

Fire Missiles: Left Mouse Click after holding cursor on the enemy for two minutes, to get radar lock and release the missiles and watch the drones blow to pieces

Take care of Shields: If the shields fall to zero, you will lose the game

All till Warp charges fully and you can escape this nightmare

Just to give a background, I am hobbyist programmer / game engine designer who has designed this game purely in C++ (OOP based) using OpenGL + SFML. I know it will not have the polish of unity / unreal but it was real fun developing my own engine and building a small game on top of that. Thank you for coming this far.
